We handpick and are very proud of our product selection. And so, we want you to be completely happy with everything you find here as well!
Non-Custom Items
If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, just e-mail us within seven (7) days of receipt for return authorization and we will happily refund or replace the item(s). It is very important you contact us before you make any returns, as we cannot process a return without prior return authorization.
All returns of non-custom items must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns if the item has been used or worn.
Original shipping charges, as well as return freight, are not reimbursable. To protect against damage or loss we recommend you send any returns via a trackable method and with insurance. We cannot issue credit if we do not receive the return.
Custom Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order items are considered a final sale and are not returnable. Please make absolutely sure of all personalization specifications on custom items when placing an order: this includes spelling, design, order quantity and color selection. This will be noted on the product description.
A Note on Color
Every effort has been made for our product images to match actual color of the product. However, color on computer monitors can vary and we cannot be responsible for differences in color shown online or in print. If you have any questions, please contact us and we are happy to answer any questions before placing an order.
If We Goofed
If we made a mistake, please contact us and we will fix your order.
Damages and defects should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
CancellationsMost orders are processed on the same day we receive the order. However, if you find you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at once to see if changes are still possible.
For custom items, once the order is placed, the artist or manufacturer may have already commenced to make the product. Therefore it is not always possible to cancel or change an order once it is placed, but we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
